Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like underwear, swimwear, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at service@ytetay.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Fill Out Return Form: Complete the return form included with your order or download it here.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 for us to process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
International Returns
For international returns, please follow the same process as above. Note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the package arrives safely.
